Weight Log is a plain written diary for your weight — one number a day, and nothing else. No account to create, no cloud to sync, no goals to set, no plans to follow, and no app telling you whether your number is good or bad. It is a notebook, not a coach.
Step on the scale, open the app, type the number, done. The entry field takes decimals — 72.4, not just 72 — and an optional note lets you add context in your own words, like "before breakfast" or "late dinner yesterday." The whole thing takes about ten seconds.
HOW TO LOG YOUR WEIGHT
• Type your weight in kilograms, with one decimal if you want it
• Add an optional note — "morning", "after trip", whatever helps you read the number later
• Tap "Save Entry" — that's it
YOUR HISTORY, PLAINLY
Saved entries appear below the form with the newest first. History groups every day so you can scroll back through weeks in seconds, and Insights shows how your entries spread out over time. The home screen shows your recent days at a glance — a trend you can actually see, without a single chart judging you.
YOUR NUMBERS STAY YOURS
Weight is personal. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server. The app works completely offline and keeps every entry on your device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is shared, and your history is never held behind a subscription. The app shows ads, whose providers may use an advertising ID, approximate location, and app activity; your weight entries themselves are never uploaded.
TAKE IT WITH YOU
Export your entire history to a CSV file at any time — open it in any spreadsheet, print it for a doctor's appointment, or just keep a copy. Your diary is yours to take, not ours to keep.
WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO
This is a manual notebook, not a health platform. It does not set target weights, does not calculate BMI, does not judge your progress, does not connect to smart scales or wearables, and does not give diet or medical advice. If you have questions about your weight, talk to your doctor.
WHO FINDS IT USEFUL
• People who weigh themselves each morning and just want the numbers written down
• Anyone asked by a doctor to keep a simple weight record between appointments
• People tired of weight apps that demand accounts, subscriptions, goals, and verdicts
• Anyone who wants their weight history in a file they own, not a platform they rent
Start tomorrow morning. One number a day, written in ten seconds, adds up to a history you can actually see — and it stays entirely in your hands.
Write down your weight in a simple offline diary. No account, no cloud.
